About Me

What started as a babysitting gig turned into a happily ever after and then some!

Lets Start at the Beginning

I'm Olivia – a wife to an air traffic controller, a mom to four wonderful kids, a stepmom, a homeschool teacher, and the list just keeps growing!

I love using the precious moments in between my roles as a wife and mom to craft creative printables and other helpful products for children and families.

During my college years, my academic focus was on special education. Initially, I had set out to study art and design, but I talked myself out of that path, believing it would be challenging to make a living with that degree.

Meet Cute

In the summer just before completing my degree, I took on a part-time gig looking after a cute 4-year-old. Her single dad required someone with a flexible schedule for babysitting, and that's where God led me! Building a deep connection with his daughter was effortless, and we instantly formed a bond. Six months down the line, the three of us decided to tie the knot. Today, my husband and I are grateful and blessed parents to five wonderful children, with our newest addition making his debut in March of 2022.

Motherhood

I have always wanted to be a mom. I also grew up with the hope of one day adopting a child. While that dream has not come true, the next best thing did–I became a full-time stepmom. I jumped into motherhood the moment I got married in 2014. I was blessed with a baby later that year, so my married life has always been mom life. I love having a large family–chaos + kids is where I thrive. Throughout my journey, I've consistently had to rely on God's guidance to find moments for self-care and to pursue my dreams while fulfilling my role as a stay-at-home mom. Now, as I raise five children, manage a business, and homeschool, all while my husband commits to a full-time job (a task that's more challenging than it may sound), I can confidently say that this is the busiest season of my life. Remarkably, it's also the most spiritually fulfilled I've ever been. God has granted me the opportunity to use my creativity to inspire, educate, and assist others in their own journeys.

Creativity

As both an artist and a violinist, I've explored various creative outlets, but I must say that my most profound experiences with creativity have emerged through the beautiful journey of motherhood—a path I believe God has divinely ordained for me.

I believe that God has given each of us a unique wellspring of creativity, a gift intended to play a vital role in making our world a better place. My hope is that I can serve as a source of God's inspiration in YOUR life, encouraging you to unearth your God-given creativity and weave it into the fabric of your everyday existence, especially if you are navigating the wonderful and challenging journey of building a family.

Entrepreneur

I enjoyed being “just” a stay-at-home mom for 7 years but recently my heart has led me to start a business around my passion for helping others, a dream I have had since I was a little girl. Being both an entrepreneur and a mom has gotten me to a place where I am very intentional with my time. My priorities are my faith, my marriage, my kids, and serving others through my business.

Philippians 2:13

For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good purpose.
